This role brings strategic leadership and practical delivery together. You will develop a realistic technology roadmap, lead our core platforms and support services, and ensure projects are governed well and can be sustained after implementation. You will work with service leaders to assess new ideas against tenant needs, operational priorities, accessibility, affordability and technical risk. Being successful in this role means that Bield has secure, resilient, reliable and effective technology services, supported by clear standards, strong governance and a realistic roadmap for development. Our technology investment is prioritised according to organisational capacity and combines sound technical foundations with a clear understanding of tenant needs, operational services and the wider housing and care sectors.
