Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, from initiation to deployment and maintenance.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for remote teams.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, product managers, and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders through various remote channels.
• Maintain project documentation, including backlogs, sprint reports, and release plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager , with a strong focus on software development projects .
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies in a remote setting.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common technologies.
• Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for a remote workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
