Policy & Standards Enablement Lead: Tech Risk & Compliance

EY in Manchester is seeking a Policy and Standards Enablement Lead to establish and run the ET policy and standards governance capability. You will align policies with risk, information security, legal, privacy and regulatory expectations, driving adoption across the technology landscape.

You’ll provide strategic leadership, govern policy lifecycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed policies into controls and compliance activities, including AI governance initiatives.
