Private Client - Senior Associate

A leading Legal 500 ranked Central London firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team.

The Role

• Advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families and trustees
• Complex wills, trusts and estate planning
• Private client tax and Inheritance Tax
• International and cross-border matters
• Succession planning and wealth structuring
• Estate and trust administration
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with Partners on complex matters

About You

• 5+ PQE with strong Private Client experience
• Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong knowledge of trusts, estate planning and tax
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Commercially aware and confident working with sophisticated clients
