Observability Lead - Strategy & Telemetry (Hybrid)

H in London or Paris seeks a hands-on lead to own observability across the business, setting strategy, design and rollout for the entire stack. This role covers every technical system we run and requires you to drive adoption with cross-team collaboration.

You will lead others, define SLAs, SLOs and SLIs, surface dependencies with visualisations, and ensure teams measure what matters while continuously learning our products and services in depth.
