This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Project Director to join a fast-growing international contractor delivering large-scale mission‑critical projects across Europe. You'll take full ownership of a major data centre project in Germany, leading delivery from early‑stage design coordination through to commissioning and handover on a technically challenging, high‑value build.

This role will suit a driven construction leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a major international contractor.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or other large‑scale industrial project from pre‑construction through to final handover and commissioning.

The Role as a Project Director Will Include:

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Germany
• Taking full responsibility as the number one on site across CSA, MEP, programme, commercial, and client management
• Driving programme performance and managing aggressive construction timelines in a fast-track environment
• Overseeing all phases from early-stage design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

The Successful Project Director Will Have:

• Proven experience delivering a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or mission-critical project from start to finish
