About the Role

You will manage and develop client accounts, generate new business through sales activity, and promote our apprenticeship and commercial training solutions across a range of sectors. You’ll act as a key point of contact for employers, ensuring a professional, responsive, and value-driven service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow allocated client accounts
• Generate new business through targeted telesales activity
• Promote apprenticeships and commercial training solutions
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and cross-sell services
• Process enquiries and quotations professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records
• Deliver outstanding customer service

Essential Skills:

• Proven telesales and sales experience
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Confident ICT user
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable Skills:

• Sales or Marketing qualification (Level 3+)
• Experience selling training products
• Strong sales track record (4+ years’ experience)
• Knowledge of apprenticeship or training provision
