Ops Manager, Housing Acquisitions & New Development (Hybrid)

Dudley Council is recruiting an Operations Manager for Acquisitions, Disposals & New Developments within the Housing & Assets group. The role leads a service covering property acquisitions, disposals (including leases) and new-build development activities, with option modelling, feasibility studies and Building Control oversight.

The posts are senior, require flex‑hours due to statutory responsibilities, and report to the Associate Director Acquisitions, Compliance & Maintenance.
