Senior Microbiologist Team Lead

METS Laboratories is hiring an experienced Senior Microbiologist – Team Lead to independently manage and handle laboratory operations.

Industry: Commercial Laboratory / Testing Laboratory

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Testing Laboratories
• Ability to handle and manage the laboratory independently
• Strong knowledge of Microbiology testing procedures and laboratory operations
• Good understanding of ISO Standards, particularly ISO/IEC 17025
• Experience working with NABL and/or UKAS accredited laboratories
• Knowledge of laboratory quality systems, documentation, and compliance
• Ability to lead and coordinate laboratory staff
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in maintaining laboratory quality and operational standards
