Finance (w/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and disclosure activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Support external audits, reconciliations, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
• Review employee expenses and oversee payment approval processes.
• Prepare and manage Profit & P&L and Cash Flow (CF) budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in financial projects and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and coordinate inventory stock takes.
• Partner with IT and other functions to support finance system improvements and process optimization.
• Undertake additional finance and business support activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting within Italy or Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of local fiscal, tax, and accounting regulations.
• Solid understanding of local GAAP and IFRS, familiarity with China GAAP would be advantageous.
• Experience in multinational or international business environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English is required for this role.
• Additional language skills, including Mandarin, or Italian would be advantageous.
