Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead standardised offsite products across our business, collaborating with technical, manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams. You will drive development, embed standardised solutions in designs, and ensure on-site delivery aligns with the product roadmap.
The role emphasizes DFMA, BIM (Revit libraries) coordination, and market awareness to expand the product suite.
