UHNW Family PA - London/on site/remote occasionally £110-130k+bonus + bens package

A unique opportunity exists for a first-class Private PA with a minimum of 7/8 years’ experience to support this very successfulUHNW family. You will join an experienced, tenured Private PA to form a team of 2.

You will spend 100% your time on private and family matters.

Candidate must be flexible to work where they are physically needed which will be a combination of the principal's company office, main residence and remotely from time to time. Normal working hours are 8am-7pm but you should be contactable 24/7.

• Management of household staff for multiple residences, inclusive of sourcing (direct and through agents), interviewing, payroll management, performance reviews / terminations.
• Negotiation and management of external supplier contracts, e.g. private jet, insurance, property maintenance.
• Liaison with internal and external professional teams e.g. property developers, contractors, accountants, lawyers.
• Diary & travel management for entire family.
• Invoice payment and tracking.
• Sourcing and managing all appointments including medical, restaurants, entertainment (both through pre-existing network of suppliers and through research).
• Gifts – managing gift lists for family birthdays, holidays, and festivities, tracking orders, returns.
• Assisting with significant purchases e.g., artworks, properties.
• Organizing and keeping track of all documentation for the above.
• Ad hoc research projects.
• Occasional travel

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple long and short-term projects.
• Used to very fast paced environments.
• Discreet and professional.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy; knows how, and when, to use AI tools to support research. Understands their limits and applies rigorous personal judgement.
• Pro‑active and fast learner.
• 7/8+ years of experience in a comparable role, with excellent references.
