Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.
Advise on corporate governance matters, board resolutions, and statutory compliance.

Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Requirements
Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a generalist or corporate legal role.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, practical legal advice.
