We're soon partnering with a multi-site business, who are in search of a Transformation Director to join them on a 12 month programme replacing legacy core systems and reshaping how the operation runs around them.
You will own the project end-to-end, from shaping the business case through to landing the change with the people who will live within it and will be the person the exec team looks to when the programme is behind and the person the business trusts to verbalise what's actually happening on the ground.
What you'll own as a Transformation Director:
Delivery of the transformation portfolio end to end, from business case through to benefit realisation
A multi-workstream programme team covering delivery, change, data and technical implementation
The senior relationship with the exec team and the board on progress, risk and spend
The implementation partner relationship, including holding them to the commercials
Change and adoption, so the new systems actually get used rather than worked around
What we're looking for in a Transformation Director:
Have recently led or is leading an enterprise-wide transformation at director level and delivered at least one full ERP or core systems implementation, whether that's D365, SAP, Oracle or a mid-market platform such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
Be comfortable owning programme budgets in the millions and the third-party relationships that come with them
Have the commercial and stakeholder weight to hold your own at exec and board level.
Having recently recovered a programme that had gone off track is a strong signal for us, as is multi-entity or multi-site complexity.
