Womankind Worldwide is seeking a Programme Manager for the STAND initiative, heading day-to-day coordination across six countries, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and donor compliance. You will lead partnership coordination with seven partners, manage MEL, risk, safeguarding and learning, and work closely with GFP, P&A and Communications teams to maximise impact for Women Human Rights Defenders.
International travel to STAND project countries will be required, with some early mornings
