• Liaising closely with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts department
• Identifying additional service and maintenance requirements
• Preparing invoices, estimates and service documentation accurately

• Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Representing West End Garage and our brand values at every opportunity

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Confidence using dealership systems and digital platforms
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment
• Experience identifying and presenting additional work, products or service plans
• Good IT and administration skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles would be advantageous, although full manufacturer training will be provided

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with an achievable bonus structure
• Company pension scheme
• Employee vehicle schemes
• Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
• Career progression opportunities across the group
• A modern working environment representing three exciting brands
• A supportive management team and positive working culture
