Luxury Goods Customer Success & Orders Specialist

GPS Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the focal point for customers by email and telephone, and to process orders coming from the Sales network on a site-based basis.

You will manage updates from start to finish, handle event and rush orders with tracking and follow-up emails, run regular reports, and provide sales support across departments using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
