Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator (Two Localities)

Salford Council is seeking an experienced Best Start Family Hubs Coordinator to lead across two localities and help embed the Best Start Family Hubs agenda. You will work across Family Hubs, network sites and community settings to ensure families can access a coordinated, inclusive offer close to home.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years, early intervention and partnership working, aiming to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5 and their families.
