Hospitality Safety & Operations Lead

Soho House is seeking a Safety and Operations Manager to safeguard guests, staff and assets while ensuring compliance with life safety standards. You will partner with managers to drive a culture of safe behaviour and operational excellence across the House.

You will lead safety inspections, licensing compliance, budgeting for BOH operations, and incident investigations, while developing group health and safety initiatives and reporting to the GM.
