Strategic Solutions Operations Lead — Staffing & Scaling

Mistral AI is seeking a Solution Operations leader to partner with the Solution team and design, deploy, and optimize staffing for enterprise AI solutions. You will drive end-to-end staffing strategy, align capacity with demand, and implement scalable processes that improve time-to-staff and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with Solutions leadership to develop data-driven staffing plans, optimize allocation across geographies, and ensure staffing capabilities meet customer needs.
