As our Solution Design and Capacity Planning Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering future-ready supply chain models that support growth, efficiency and exceptional service for our clients.

Based at Bedford, or one of our other Distribution Centres across the UK, you’ll take a leading role in designing logistics solutions and capacity plans across warehousing, transportation and value-added services. What you’ll be doing

• Designing scalable logistics solutions for both new and existing healthcare clients
• Supporting tender responses with compelling, cost-effective operational models
• Leading the creation of capacity plans to anticipate growth across our UK logistics network
• Building forecasting models to guide resource planning and ensure operational readiness
• Using tools such as Power BI, Excel, WMS / TMS reports to uncover data-led insights and drive improvement
• Working cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance and IT teams to implement effective and sustainable logistics strategies

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in solution design or capacity planning, ideally within a 3PL, healthcare or regulated environment
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and a solid grasp of data modelling
• Comfortable supporting commercial tenders with technical and operational input
• Experience managing complex projects and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experience with GDP, MHRA and other healthcare compliance frameworks
• Exposure to automation technologies or warehouse simulation tools
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or engineering
