Responsibilities
Elicit requirements from key stakeholders throughout the business
Provide training and collaterals to ensure optimum usage across practice
Support knowledge system strategy with continuous improvement including support, maintenance, pilot and implementation of new features
Qualifications
Educated to degree level you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting lawyers with Legal Technology, in particular HighQ Collaborate
Passion for Legal Technology and Knowledge systems
Stakeholder management
Analytical problem solver, with high attention to details
