Remote Programme Manager for AI Docs & Decks

Ethos is seeking an experienced programme manager to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, part-time role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows, owning program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting. Excellent written communication and detail are essential.
