Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with Partners and other Fee Earners to develop new business opportunities.
• Developing and enhancing the Land Development & New Homes Department, maximising cross-referrals across all offices and practice areas.
• Producing fee income in line with agreed targets and objectives.
• Life Assurance and many other employee benefits.
