Senior Building Surveyor - Hybrid, Healthcare & Government Projects

Fulkers Bailey Russell is recruiting a Senior Building Surveyor to autonomously lead projects from inception to completion across Healthcare, Blue Light, Higher Education, and government sectors. You will work with a varied team to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will hold Chartered accreditation or be working towards it, with experience in complex projects and a focus on leadership, mentoring, and fees management.
