Contract Change Manager / Business Readiness Manager

Temporary 6 month contract with a day rate, working on the AI programme for a leading pensions & investment management firm.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and delivering training, communications and adoption activities for changes.
• Overseeing change for people, processes and technology.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in Business Readiness / Change Management.
• Ideally experience with AI programmes.
• Experience in financial services is a significant advantage.

Working Arrangements

Primarily home working, with one day per week (alternating biweekly) in London office.
