What You Bring
Current Captain experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proven commitment to safety, SOPs, and high operational standards.
Excellent communication, CRM, and coaching abilities.
Readiness to complete an A320 Type Rating prior to line duties.
Flexibility to be based at LGW and operate across a varied network.
