We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple retrofit and energy efficiency contracts across the full project lifecycle.
You’ll lead from tender and mobilisation through to delivery and completion , managing commercial performance, client relationships, teams and contract compliance.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple retrofit contracts from tender to completion
Lead bids, tenders and PQQ submissions
Own KPIs, budgets, profitability and contract performance
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Lead mobilisation and oversee operational delivery
Manage and develop Project Coordinators
Drive programme, quality, compliance and H&S
Identify risks and deliver continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Proven Contracts Management experience in retrofit, construction or energy
Proven team leadership and client management skillsConfident analysing performance and driving results
PAS 2030/2035, ECO4, GBIS, TrustMark or MCS
Social housing / retrofit framework experience
Full UK driving licence
