Estates & Facilities Lead — New Retirement Village

Retirement Villages Group (RVG) seeks an experienced Facilities Manager for Botanical Place in West Byfleet. Lead facilities, housekeeping and grounds across the estate, manage contractors, compliance and budgets to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

You'll build strong resident relationships, shape operational processes and drive safety, quality and service excellence from day one in a brand-new village environment.
