Matalan is seeking a Store Team Manager for our Coventry store. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team, model Matalan values, and drive sales while managing store operations in the store manager's absence.

You will use customer feedback to create a great shopping experience and uphold the brand’s standards. You’ll open and close the store, lead on seasonal layouts, and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
