Assessments & Learning Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

Membership Bespoke is recruiting an Assessments Executive for a 12-month FTC in London. You will join the Learning and Development team to coordinate assessments, examinations and QA activities, supporting partner relationships and ensuring service levels are met.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, and a proactive approach to deadlines in a busy, multi-stakeholder environment.
