Commercial Building Manager — GM Area (Own Transport)

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a Building Manager to oversee several commercial properties in Greater Manchester. This permanent role runs 8am–6pm with a 1-hour lunch, and you must have own transport to cover sites in Bolton, Stockport and Warrington.

Hours are paid for 45 hours; salary is disclosed on application and is above market rate. You will manage front-of-house activities, liaise with tenants, and oversee daily building operations across multiple sites.
