LA International is seeking a Leadership & Culture Change Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of the Leadership and Culture Programme in a nuclear energy/construction environment. You will manage risks, budgets and benefits realisation while safeguarding safety and quality.
Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, change management strategy development, and coordination with external partners to deliver programme outcomes within a 12-month contract.
