The Role

As we continue our digital transformation journey, we're evolving our Product function and creating a new structure designed to accelerate innovation, deliver greater customer value and support ambitious growth plans across our portfolio of travel brands.

We're looking for a Product Manager - CRM, Data & AI to take ownership of one of our most strategically important product areas. This is a unique opportunity to lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of our CRM, customer data, insight and AI capabilities, helping us create more personalised customer experiences and drive measurable commercial results.

Working at the intersection of technology, data, marketing and customer experience, you'll play a key role in shaping how we use customer insight, automation and AI to attract, engage and retain customers across our brands.

What You'll Be Doing

As Product Manager, you'll own the CRM, Data & AI product portfolio, setting the direction and ensuring investment delivers meaningful outcomes for both our customers and the business.

You'll:

• Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for CRM, customer data, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value through data-driven product decisions.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and Digital teams to deliver innovative customer experiences.
• Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility and strategic objectives.
• Lead the evolution of our CRM and customer data ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated data platforms.
• Champion personalisation, customer insight and AI opportunities that improve customer engagement and business performance.
• Ensure customer data is trusted, governed, compliant and ready to support future growth and innovation.
• Influence senior stakeholders across the UK and Group businesses, building alignment around priorities and investment decisions.
• Measure success through clear commercial outcomes and continuous optimisation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with a strong focus on delivery and results.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience managing digital products within complex environments.
• A strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business value through technology.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, customer data solutions and digital ecosystems.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs, business goals and technical considerations.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for using data and insight to improve experiences and outcomes.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience within travel, e-commerce or other consumer-facing digital businesses.
• Exposure to multi-brand organisations or group governance structures.
• Knowledge of data-driven platforms, APIs and modern digital architectures.
• Experience with AI-powered personalisation, automation or analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Snowflake.
