Part-Time Activities Lead – Dementia Care & Engagement

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a 30-hour week position to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our care homes. You will help the Home Manager organise fundraising events and nurture social interaction among Residents with a warm, kind approach.

You should bring experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a positive energy to work closely with the team while upholding safeguarding expectations.
