What the Role Involves

• Regular use of spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis to make smart commercial decisions.

• Managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Applying strong commercial awareness and understanding of market pricing.
• A primarily desk‑based role, using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) along with internal systems for analysis, pricing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure the best possible commercial outcomes.
• Negotiate effectively, influence key stakeholders and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the wider team to shape and refine product categories.
• Track category performance, analyse data and support accurate forecasting.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams particularly Marketing to support campaigns and product launches.
• Plan and execute promotions across both the website and retail stores.
