Church Leadership and Pastoral Contribution

  • Serve and lead within the church community in line with your gifting, which may include contributions to Sunday services, mid-week gatherings, or pastoral care.
  • Contribute to the wider leadership of the church body as appropriate to experience and calling.

Hours and Salary

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (although we are open to part‑time for the right candidate)
  • Working Sunday-Thursday , with some requirement for flexible and evening working
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata)

  • An additional 3 days leave at Christmas

Occupational Requirement

This role has an Occupational Requirement to be a Christian, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Frontline is a diverse and welcoming church, based south‑east of Liverpool city centre. We are a community of wholehearted disciples who long to see Liverpool transformed by the hope and love of Jesus. We see ourselves as imperfect people, empowered by the Holy Spirit, passionately following Jesus together.
