Kainos is seeking a Product Lead to own the end-to-end backlog across multiple agile delivery teams, guiding business analysts and product consultants to deliver high-quality, value-driven software. You will work with delivery managers and solution architects, lead workshops with senior stakeholders, drive MVP-focused roadmaps, and mentor a small team, including coaching for agile practices.
