Seeking a skilled Business Support Sales Analyst to join a leading automotive OEM in the UK. The role focuses on providing operational support for sales order fulfilment tools and processes, performing data analysis, and driving process improvements across the product development team.
Position Description
Based on-site at the production plant in the South East Region of the UK, the analyst will work on a long-term rolling contract (37.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities after 12 weeks). Responsibilities include:
Business support for Sales Order Fulfilment tools and processes
Programming and forecasting systems: SPCPS, Dealer Wholesale system, Dealer Business Planning, EU Sims, GWS
Liaise with VOPS IT Team to identify, escalates, and resolves application issues affecting Order Fulfilment processes
Develop and publish performance metrics to support process improvement activitiesCoordinate user documentation and support training sessions
Support European Marketing Sales & Service AM and AD organizations, European Programming Team, European Forecasting Team, Material Planning and Logistics, Manufacturing, National Sales Companies, and other business units
Skills Required
Basic IT understanding of how systems work, data is stored and transmitted
Ability to read and understand database table structures
Proficient in SQL query language for data analysis and retrieval
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Access
Strong analytical capabilities
Fluent in English; second language is helpful
Team player with flexibility to support UAT and weekend launches
