Requirements of our Junior Contract Manager role:
Some experience working office based with site visits, typically within construction, arboriculture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Confident building and maintaining a positive rapport with clients and fostering a good working environment with team members.
Driver’s licence as you will travel to sites for visits.
Desirable but not essential:
Working knowledge of Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation checks.
Responsibilities of our Junior Contract Manager role:
You will be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and quality services are consistently delivered.
You will be effective at reviewing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency, produce key documents for clients and develop performance reporting and recognition of staff.
You will assist with managing the operational workload, ensuring there is adequate capacity for the business to operationally meet clients’ needs and deliver the agreed works.
You will work to specific schedules and timescales with great attention to detail.
