Shift Leader: Customer-First Service & Team Leadership

Rank Group is seeking a proactive Team Leader to run an area on shift, setting pace and standards for a brilliant guest experience. You will brief the team, roster within your zone, coordinate breaks and keep the service moving, escalating issues when needed.

You'll lead frontline service, hit KPIs for customer satisfaction, speed, and cleanliness, and coach staff in the moment while ensuring safety and compliance on shift.
