IBIS London City Shoreditch, part of AccorInvest UK, is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to manage check-in/out, reservations and guest services, while driving guest satisfaction with warmth and efficiency.
You will support the Front Office Manager, develop procedures, mentor staff and promote the ALL Accor loyalty program. This role requires frontline hotel experience and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
