A leading provider of premium yacht fuels that specialise in delivering top-quality fuel solutions to super yachts worldwide are seeking a motivated Yacht Team Manager to drive global market growth and strengthen brand presence across key regions including Europe, the US, and the Caribbean.

This role focuses on developing high-value relationships with yacht captains and industry partners, supporting a high-performing trading team, and executing commercial strategies to increase market share. A strong understanding of the yacht market, combined with commercial insight and a risk-aware mindset, is essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Yacht Team Manager include:

• Executing marketing and commercial strategies to grow presence in key yacht markets
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with captains and suppliers
• Collaborating with international teams to share market intelligence
• Supporting business planning, performance management, and risk controls
