Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis to join our client's Commercial Team from their Swansea offices to work on rail projects such as AFA, Embankment Stabilisations, Footbridges and Station works.
Responsibilities include preparing and agreeing interim applications, valuations and final accounts, subcontract procurement, and administering NEC4 contracts with early warnings and compensation events. Rail experience essential.
