Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sheffield for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with industry professionals, and drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, strategizing and implementing business plans, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will also involve researching industry trends to identify new markets and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in market research and identifying new market opportunities
• Ability to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and skilled at working collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
