I’m looking for a Programme Delivery Consultant to join a growing consulting team delivering meaningful change across Financial Services. You’ll lead smaller change programmes or manage key workstreams within larger initiatives, taking real ownership rather than just providing PMO support.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver business, process or technology change projects for Financial Services clients
• Work independently or with senior teams to mobilise and guide delivery
• Develop and improve delivery tools, methods and propositions
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and support new business

What you’ll have:

• 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Life, Pensions or Investments)
• Consulting background preferred, or internal change experience with a commercial mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable with hybrid working and travel across the UK

Nice if you have:

• PMO or project management background
• Exposure to varied clients and change challenges

Ready to make an impact in Financial Services delivery? I’d love to hear from you.
