The Role:

The Service Delivery Leadis responsible forassistingthe Key Account Manager by managing the day-to-day aspects of key client accounts. This role ensures smooth operations, provides expert support, manages project timelines, and resolves issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations andmaintainingstrong client relationships
• Act as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers
• Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
• Proactively manage and resolve operational issues tominimizedisruption andmaintaincustomer satisfaction
• Coordinate and track projects, ensuringtimelydelivery within scope and agreed objectives
• Provide operational insights andexpertiseto help customersmaximizethe value of services
• Monitor, report, andpresent onkey operational metrics (e.g.rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), whileidentifyingopportunities for continuous process improvement.

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, but not essential.
• Experience: Experience in account management, client services, ora related fieldisdesirable but notrequired.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and align with customer businessobjectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
