Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school in Oldham. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning and work towards EHCP outcomes in a nurturing environment.
The role is full-time and long-term, requiring SEND experience, a calm and patient approach, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training in PECS/Makaton and Team Teach is beneficial.
