You will lead the day-to-day running of a busy production and vehicle build facility, directing the site team and ensuring output meets schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.
As a hands-on leader, you will drive continuous improvement with lean methods, monitor KPIs, and work closely with the OEM to deliver programmes on time and to specification.
