Service Manager – Growth, Budgeting & Customer Excellence

Securitas UK is seeking a Service Manager for our Commercial Bellshill operation. You will develop and implement service department plans and budgets to meet financial, marketing and sales targets, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include recruitment and training, resource and performance management, overseeing sales, merchandising and advertising plans, and ensuring premises, equipment and Service Reception duties meet high standards.
